Ac1200 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

To access the full range of ac1200 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

Account Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ac1200 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
• You must notify us immediately via the support email if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

Identity Verification

Ac1200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on your account. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of your MyKad or passport.

All financial transactions on the ac1200 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits may only be made using payment methods supported by ac1200, including DuitNow, Boost, and online bank transfers via local Malaysian banks.
• All deposits must be made from an account registered under the same user's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Ac1200 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that is deemed suspicious or in violation of its anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only processed to a verified account registered in the same user's name.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a processing period of between one and twenty-four business hours.
• Ac1200 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, ac1200 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the ac1200 support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ac1200 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, software, and all other visual elements — is the exclusive property of ac1200 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content without express written permission from ac1200.
